Located in the hills, close to all amenities: 4 minutes from downtown Le Gosier, 500 meters from the CROUS (University of the Antilles and French Guiana), 500 meters from the marina, 300 meters from the Leclerc shopping center at the foot of Fort Gosier, 10 minutes from the Pôle Caraïbes Airport in Les Abymes, 5 minutes from the Choisy Clinic in Montauban, 5 minutes from the Pointe-à-Pitre University Hospital, and 8 minutes from Jarry (all by CAR, of course). Very well located to avoid traffic jams on the Riviera.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials you might need, including a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker (with filter), kitchen utensils, etc.
Living room: TV, Wi-Fi, 1 queen-size bed (sleeps 2).

Brice was very accommodating... even offered to pick me up at the airport for a small fee. The efficiency is connected to his house. The drive up on this gravel road was steep but I was relieved that he drives a pick up truck. The surrounding area on the way up had me concerned but his house and yard were very pretty and kept up nicely. The AC works well. Nice views, especially at night.

The property was difficult to find mostly because the roads in Guadeloupe are poorly marked. Brice was kind enough to meet us at a local tennis club and guide us the rest of the way. Our unit was clean and spacious. The driveway was quite steep but no problem for our little rented Renault. The house was super quiet and we got a beautiful nights sleep after our long day of traveling. We slept in and woke to a gorgeous view!

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté et l'agencement de cette location, de nombreux équipements, bonne literie, bonne clim. Par contre chemin d'accès un peu raide, véhicule indispensable sauf pour sportifs ! Toutefois nous y retournerons avec plaisir
