About this apartment rental
Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned flat in Le Gosier, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A utility room with washing machine
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 29 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A fully enclosed 50 m² garden
The flat is ideally located in Le Gosier, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Aquarium de la Marina: the largest aquarium in the Caribbean with 80 species of fish and 50 species of coral.
- L'Anse Tabarin with its saltwater swimming pool for swimming, sailing and kayaking.
- La Datcha beach, Petit-Havre beach and many others.
- Various walks.
- Fort Fleur d'Epée: fortification listed as a Historic Monument.
- Night market every Friday evening along the town's two main streets.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking spaces in front of the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre, about 20 minutes away by car.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

Le Flamboyant The host is very nice, she lives above the apartment. The place is very clean and safe. We were in the middle of everything and that’s a plus.
