Vacation Apartment "Casa Greta a Otranto" with Air Conditioning & Balcony

This comfortable 70m2 apartment is located in Otranto, a harbor city on the scenic Salento peninsula in Italy's southern Apulia region where the azure waters of the Adriatic and the Ionian seas meet. The apartment has wide doors and a step-free interior and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The second bedroom can be arranged with a twin or double bed based on request from guests. The apartment features air conditioning, a television, and a washing machine. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (but not the bathroom). Guests can relax and take in the sights and sounds of the surroundings from the balcony, which is accessible from the living and faces the back of the house. The apartment is suitable for children. The apartment is located close to the city's center with a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues just 2 to 4 minutes (1 to 2 km) away by car. Scenic beaches, such as the Beach of Scaloni and the Spiagga della Riviera degli Haethei, are just a 6 to 7 minute (2 to 2.5 km) drive by car. Visitors can experience the stunning coastal landscape while walking through the Vista Mare or the Sentiero Porto Badisco hiking areas just a 10 to 15 minute (7 to 8 km) drive away, or view the landmark Lighthouse Punta Palascia overlooking the sea, also just 10 minutes away from the property. There are currently 15 cycling trails of various kinds that wind through Otranto's scenic coastal landscape. The Lecce-San Cataldo Airport is 43 minutes (41 km) by car from the property.
