Location and parking plus a lift. Very spacious apartment perfect for relaxing or exploring from. Great host - super lovely
Aircon was temp controlled set. I went hot and cold every single night- therefore a disturbed sleep as I woke up numerous times because of it. It is better to have an aircon to set one temperature so you can be prepared for it. Glad we were provided also with an extra key to keep the aircon on when we were away as contacted to the electricity which I never like.

Estuvo muy cómodo, ideal como en nuestro caso para dos parejas, cada uno con su cuarto con baño en suite, bien separados por el living-cocina. Tiene una terraza muy grande con mesa y sillas, pileta para lavar y lavarropas, estaba situado en la planta baja y la cochera subterránea tiene ascensor para subir las valijas, la ubicación es también excelente, muy cerca del centro histórico para ir a pie y en una zona muy tranquila para el descanso

Super Lage. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum der schönen Altstadt. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig ausgestattet. Eigene Tiefgarage mit Lift vorhanden.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf andere Wohnblöcke ist nicht unbedingt idyllisch (quer sieht man allerdings noch auf die alte Hafenfestung).
