All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo in Ocean City, MD! The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect — waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning was a highlight of our trip. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home.
Having two covered parking spots, was a huge plus as our car stayed nice and cool even on the hottest days. The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to mini golf, great food options, and local shops, yet in a peaceful and quiet part of the beach that felt like a hidden gem.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Overall, we had a great stay. The condo was clean and was in a great location for our family (two adults and a preschooler). The beach was never overly crowded and when people came to meet us on the beach, they could usually find street parking easily. I will note that the people in the condo next to us had two very loud dogs. I’m not sure if they were renters or owners, but they seemed to go out each evening and the dogs stayed home and barked constantly. The kitchen could also use an inventory check in terms of supplies and cooking tools. Nothing was horrible, but some things were lacking (ex: there wasn’t a pot big enough to cook a whole box of pasta in). This wasn’t a huge deal, but just something to be aware of if you’re planning on cooking many of your meals at home.
