Oceanfront First-Floor Condo Beachfront Views

The apartment was well equipped with everyday essentials, which was great. Pretty clean also which is a plus! The view is okay, better than I thought being on the first floor. Loved the very nice beach chairs and umbrella! We enjoyed the well maintained flower gardens around the property and the close access to the beach.

For us there was not enough plates ( that were not plastic). The pots and pans are need an update they are all scratched up. The communication through the app, I didnt receive information prior to check in therefore I had to struggle to do all that while traveling, the deposit for damages was also a suprise, I was under the impression this was all done when I paid for the stay through Booking! no instruction given to check out until is time to check out. We checked out a little bit earlier!

My husband and I headed to OC at the last minute, and we were so lucky to have found this condo. Everything about it was excellent. It was cozy, great location where you could listen to the waves, well stocked and really nicely decorated. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would love to return some time. FYI: I saw in other reviews that some people had problems with the electric lock. All you have to do when you leave is touch the doorknob while you are pushing and holding the # button. If you pull or push on the door, it usually won't lock.
