L’emplacement à 2 pas de la mer, la piscine, le stationnement facile, appartement propre et très bien équipé, la terrasse, le calme.
Le clic clac du salon inconfortable, la clim du salon ne rafraîchit pas assez et celle de l’entrée coule légèrement, l’appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

L’accès privée à la plage et à la piscine : très très appréciable. La terrasse était très agréable et spacieuse. Le parking privé +++ La literie était très bonne pour un canapé lit. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé. Résidence agréable et agrémentée d'un beaucoup jardin et de terrains de jeux variés. Très bien situé: proche de la plage, du sentier du littoral et des commerces.
