It was on the main street so a short walk to shops, restaurants, supermarket and the market area.
There was not much hot water in the shower. It was cutting in and out and after a minute went cold. Frustrating when there were 5 adults. There was
also no tea towel to clean the dishes.

Meeting up with the rep to get keys and some local info was great. She was super sweet and quick to respond. The location was so convenient. Love that there’s an exit upstairs and downstairs saved us a few steps if we were headed to the water or into town.
Minor detail toilet seat needs attention it kept coming loose for us. Not a big deal to us and we specifically told the host/rep that it was not an immediate concern that needed to be addressed.

The location was great and easy to get around in the heart of Sorrento. The host was lovely and responded if you had concerns.
The hot water system was unreliable. The hot water from the shower would only work for 30 seconds at a time and then go cold/warm. It was impossible to have a proper wash, let alone wash your hair in that time. Five people in 4 nights and only 2 uninterrupted hot showers were achieved in this time.
We communicated daily about this problem, some effort was made to fix but unresolved.
The toilet seat was broken. Basic cutlery items were missing. Cork screw for opening wine bottles for example.
