Location: Excellent. Very convenient to access entire Panjim Hygiene: Very clean… it’s a new property Beach access: Just cross the road Panjim market: Hardly 5 mins drive DP beach- again 15 mins
1. Parking: Was not comfortable to park on the road…. But had no choice 2. Non smoking rooms have very strong smoking smell…

It is a cute & lovely hotel. Its location is very good- just 200 metres from the beach. The hotel's biggest USP is its staff which is higgly devoted, sincere and helpful. RAKI rooftop is an added attraction.
The hotel management is bit frugal with breakfast items, all of which are laid on a 15-ft slab. They should be more magnanimous in this regard.
