This accommodation has a living room with a double sofa bed and a single mezzanine bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, but above all a balcony where you can admire beautiful sunsets. The residence is located only 15 minutes walk from downtown, so you will have access to many amenities, but also to various activities. Private parking. Bed linen and towels included.

The studio :
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:

- A bright living room with direct access to the balcony equipped with a dining table, chairs, storage and a TV with DVD player. There is also a high quality French made double sofa bed below a single loft bed.
- A fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave grill, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, plancha, raclette set, etc...
- Bathroom with shower, sink, clothesline, shelves and toilet. A hairdryer and a scale will be at your disposal.

- Large balcony facing south/west of 10 m² with sunbathing area, table, chairs and beach accessories box where you can enjoy a splendid sea view.
- A private parking with remote control and a parking space will be reserved for you in the residence.

The residence is very quiet and is located less than 5 minutes walk from a small shopping center with a market 3 times a week where you will find everything you need: a bakery, a tobacco shop, a mini-market, a butcher shop, a laundromat, restaurants. The city center is located 15 minutes away on foot (900 m) with a multitude of shops to serve you.
