The Bailly, classified 3*, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room and TV area, a separate kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower. Access to a private courtyard of 13 m² exposed south-east, with trees, pleasant and cool in summer. It allows to secure a bicycle if needed. Sheets and towels included. Wifi offered.

The apartment of type 1 in the shape of an L, quiet and not overlooked, is ideally located between the magnificent Stanislas Square, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, the park of the nursery, the cathedral, and the water garden.

- Nice independent equipped kitchen with access to a private courtyard
- Bathroom with spacious shower, washing machine and toilet.

Through the French window of the kitchen, you will access a private courtyard of 13 m² exposed south-east, with trees, pleasant and cool in summer. It allows to secure a bike if needed.

Loved this apartment! It's really well-equipped with a huge water heater, a clothes washer that also has drying settings (!!), and a dishwasher (I didn't use the dishwasher though). I enjoyed being able to watch french tv channels without having to log in to anything. The backyard was nice too! And really well-located. Only note is ventilation in the bathroom, but I think that's easily fixed.

Le Bailly It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. The apartment is super cosy and clean. It looks like being recently renovated. It was very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. The location is great, just 5 minutes from Stanislas Square. Many restaurants are nearby. The host is very friendly and fast in responding to your messages.

Le Bailly "Clean and beautifully renovated apartment, an easy walk to the centre.
🙂 It was a great location close to the centre. On the ground floor with some outside space. It was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. A really tasteful renovation.
🙁 I love plants and gardens so was a little disappointed there were no plants in the outside space. I understand that this is difficult to maintain."
