    I had the misfortune of getting my probation location at balasore and had to stay at hotel until I could find my dwelling Long story short- There was no clean water, no facilities provided whatsoever, bedsheets etc., were old and not changed, in the name of towel we received some old rags, room was filled with dust and mosquitos, i cannot describe you how I spent my two days here. I had to stay for an emergency i didn't have a choice
