    # বাংলা রিভিউ – Bubble Beach Resort, Dublagadi Beach **অত্যন্ত হতাশাজনক অভিজ্ঞতা — ভবিষ্যতে আর রেকমেন্ড করব না** গত উইকেন্ডে আমরা **Odisha-এর Dublagadi Beach-এর Resort-এ** গিয়েছিলাম। দুর্ভাগ্যবশত, সেখানে আমাদের পুরো অভিজ্ঞতাই অত্যন্ত হতাশাজনক হয়েছে। শুধু flooding বা weather-এর কারণে হওয়া অসুবিধার জন্য নয়, বরং রিসোর্টের পক্ষ থেকে proper communication, coordination এবং assistance-এর অভাবই আমাদের সবচেয়ে বেশি হতাশ করেছে। শুরু থেকেই আমাদের যাতায়াত নিয়ে প্রচুর confusion তৈরি হয়। প্রথমে আমাদের একটি নির্দিষ্ট লোকেশনে যেতে বলা হয়। আমরা সেই নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী ঠিকভাবেই যাচ্ছিলাম। কিন্তু বেশ কিছুটা যাওয়ার পর আবার আমাদের অন্য একটি লোকেশনে যেতে বলা হয়। রিসোর্ট থেকে যে ব্যক্তিকে আমাদের escort করার জন্য পাঠানো হয়েছিল, তিনিও বারবার route change করছিলেন এবং কখনও এদিকে, কখনও ওদিকে যেতে বলছিলেন। অর্থাৎ, আমরা নিজেরা ভুল পথে যাচ্ছিলাম না—**রিসোর্টের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল communication এবং poor coordination-এর কারণেই আমাদের বারবার route change করতে হয় এবং অযথা ঘুরতে হয়।** রিসোর্ট থেকে আমাদের জানানো হয়েছিল যে flooding-এর কারণে আমাদের নিজেদের গাড়ি সরাসরি রিসোর্ট পর্যন্ত যেতে পারবে না এবং আমাদের জন্য একটি parking location-এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে। কিন্তু সেই parking-এর জায়গাটি রিসোর্ট থেকে বেশ দূরে ছিল এবং তার জন্য আমাদের **₹600 parking charge** দিতে হয়, যা আমাদের কাছে যথেষ্ট বেশি মনে হয়েছে। সেখান থেকে আমাদের নদী পার হয়ে নৌকায় করে যেতে হয়। তার উপর ভাটার কারণে নৌকার কাছে পৌঁছানোর জন্য আমাদের বেশ কিছুটা পথ হেঁটে যেতে হয়েছিল। আমরা সঙ্গে বাচ্চা নিয়ে গিয়েছিলাম, তাই এই পুরো ব্যবস্থাটা আমাদের জন্য অত্যন্ত inconvenient ছিল। সবচেয়ে বড় বিষয় হল, **এই পুরো transportation arrangement, parking location, boat transfer এবং walking-এর বিষয়গুলো আমাদের আগে থেকে properভাবে জানানো হয়নি।** আগে থেকে জানানো হলে আমরা সেই অনুযায়ী প্রস্তুতি নিতে পারতাম এবং এতটা সমস্যার মধ্যে পড়তে হত না। আমরা কিন্তু **নিজেদের গাড়ি নিয়ে Dublagadi Beach-এ গিয়েছিলাম**। তাই সাধারণভাবে আমাদের এত অতিরিক্ত transportation cost হওয়ার কথা ছিল না। কিন্তু রিসোর্টের ভুল communication এবং mismanagement-এর কারণে আমাদের অতিরিক্ত খরচ করতে হয়েছে। অতিরিক্ত route-এর জন্য আমাদের **প্রতি toto-তে প্রায় ₹500 করে, মোট প্রায় ₹1,000** দিতে হয়েছে। তার সঙ্গে **₹600 parking charge**। পরের দিন আবার রিসোর্ট থেকে **Chandipur-এ আমাদের নিজেদের গাড়ির কাছে পৌঁছানোর জন্য আলাদা transportation** নিতে হয়েছে, যার charge-ও যথেষ্ট বেশি ছিল।7000. অর্থাৎ, নিজেদের গাড়ি থাকা সত্ত্বেও আমাদের অতিরিক্ত parking charge, toto charge, fuel expense এবং পরের দিনের transportation cost—সবই বহন করতে হয়েছে। **এই অতিরিক্ত খরচ এবং পুরো hassle-এর বেশিরভাগই একেবারেই লাগত না, যদি রিসোর্টের পক্ষ থেকে শুরুতেই proper communication এবং planning করা হত।** পরের দিনও আমাদের যথেষ্ট কষ্ট করে নদী পার হয়ে নিজেদের গাড়ির কাছে পৌঁছাতে হয়। এত inconvenience এবং অতিরিক্ত খরচের পরেও রিসোর্টের পক্ষ থেকে আমাদের সাহায্য করার মতো কোনও বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা করা হয়নি। এমনকি এই সমস্ত সমস্যার জন্য কোনও concession, compensation বা কোনও meaningful gesture-ও তারা করেনি। Hospitality-এর অভিজ্ঞতাটাও খুব একটা ভালো ছিল না। সারাদিন ঘোরাঘুরি এবং এতটা ঝামেলার পর আমরা যখন রিসোর্টে পৌঁছাই, তখন আমরা খুব tired ছিলাম। আমরা শুধু অনুরোধ করেছিলাম, আমাদের ঘরেই যদি dinner-টা একটু দিয়ে যাওয়া যায়, তাহলে আমাদের সুবিধা হয়, কারণ fresh হতে আমাদের কিছুটা সময় লাগছিল। কিন্তু আমাদের পরিষ্কারভাবে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয় যে room-এ খাবার দেওয়ার কোনও ব্যবস্থা তারা করবে না এবং dining area-তেই গিয়ে খেতে হবে। খাবারের মানও আমাদের প্রত্যাশা অনুযায়ী ছিল না, বিশেষ করে যে দাম নেওয়া হচ্ছিল, সেই তুলনায় food quality মোটেই satisfactory মনে হয়নি। সবচেয়ে বেশি হতাশ হয়েছি **রিসোর্টের staff-এর helpfulness এবং empathy-এর অভাবে**। আমরা বুঝি যে flooding, ভাটা বা weather-এর মতো natural circumstances সবসময় রিসোর্টের নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকে না। কিন্তু proper communication, planning এবং guest assistance অবশ্যই তাদের দায়িত্বের মধ্যে পড়ে। কিন্তু রিসোর্টের miscommunication এবং poor management-এর কারণে আমাদের unnecessary route changes, অতিরিক্ত fuel cost, **₹600 parking charge, toto charges, boat-related difficulties এবং পরের দিনের expensive transportation**—সবকিছুর মধ্য দিয়ে যেতে হয়েছে। **নিজেদের
