Location was excellent. Right on the boardwalk and beach.
Vacassa was very quick and resolved some issues we had with the unit
Could have cleaner, and kitchen faucet was loose. But Vacassa was very good, sent a cleaning crew right over.

The location was great! It was spacious and family fit. It had all the accessories/utensils in the kitchen which I didn't know since it wasn't listed
The house was still sandy, so walking barefoot was out of the question. We had no clue where our room was nor elevators or carts. Checkin/check out wasn't even 24 hours.

Beautiful view! The best location on the boardwalk!
Had to sweep and mop the floor when we got there. Coffee pot was black inside. Had to scrub it with a scrubbie and soap. A used mask was left in the bedroom. So you can tell cleaning was at a minimal before we got there and we didn’t arrive until 9:00 pm.
