The check-in process was quick and easy, which made arriving stress-free. The location is amazing, perfectly situated and very convenient. The apartment itself is newly refurbished, giving it a fresh and modern feel. It’s also very spacious, with a large, comfortable bed that made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The space was warm and had A/C if necessary

During my 6-day stay, a facilities staff member entered the apartment to replenish supplies. While I understand the need for maintenance and restocking, I was very uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. The staff member made unsolicited comments about the smell of the apartment, suggesting it was due to the food I had cooked, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. More concerning was that I returned to find all the doors and windows left open. This felt like a serious infringement on my privacy and security. As a guest, you expect your space to be respected, and for staff to act with discretion and professionalism when entering the apartment.This experience unfortunately impacted my overall comfort during my stay. I would consider staying again if there are clear improvements in customer service and respect for guest privacy.
