La Nova Bed and Museum

En fait, tout était très bien, mis à part qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur pour arriver au 3ème étage, mais comme c'est un hôtel musée, il est sûrement classé et donc sujet à restrictions. Heureusement, le réceptionniste a pu monter mon bagage.

Par contre, une chose qui n'est pas acceptable, c'est qu'il n'y a personne pendant la nuit. A 23h, les clients sont livrés à eux-mêmes. Le réceptionniste, nouveau, ne connaissait pas le numéro d'urgence s'il y avait un problème. Je n'ai pas eu peur mais je trouve quand même que cela pourrait être dangereux, notamment en cas d'incendie, il y a beaucoup de bois.

Сам факт что ты живешь в монастыре 13 века, в центре Неаполя уже заслуживает высокой оценки, номерной фонд небольшой что конкретно для нас было плюсом, а так же тишина. Интересный факт что возможно в этом монастыре находится захоронение графа Дракулы. Убирают хорошо, персонал отличный. Всем тем кто ожидает сервис 5 звездного отеля - проходите мимо, это b&b.

В общем только одно, это забраться на 3-й этаж с чемоданом, но это мелочь и не влияет на впечатления. В выходные супер тихо, в будни слышен шум ремонтных работ с 8:00, но мы все равно вставали раньше.

Tolle Lage, schönes Zimmer mit viel Platz. Außergewöhnlich, dass man in einem Kloster/Museum übernachtet.

Viel Lärm von dem Platz vor der Unterkunft trotz geschlossener Fenster nachts. Zimmer liegen im 3. Stock ohne Lift - war kein Problem aber immer gut, wenn man das vor dem Buchen weiß…

Being in the museum was absolutely amazing. There was a cafe outside in the piazza which was very good with friendly staff.

Our check in person wasn't very friendly, however our check out person was very helpful. Our shower didnt work which we discovered at 9pm. A man came and changed the shower head, by swapping it with another room, but it didnt stay on the wall as it was a different shape. He was going to make us wait until the shops opened the next day! I suggested the swap. If I didn't speak some Italian we would have been stuck. Also the wifi didnt work. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries, but the basin was big enough to bath a baby! If it wasn't for the experience of the museum, I wouldn't recommend it.
