Villa Acacia is located in the beautiful holiday park Les Rives des L'Ardeche, near the small river l'Ardeche. The picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a short distance from the park, here you will find all kinds of facilities. At the resort you can use the communal outdoor pool and tennis courts free of charge.
Open and comfortable living room with large sofas, television, and DVD player. Dining room with dining table with six chairs and double sliding doors to the terrace outside. Light kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob, and oven / microwave. Four bedrooms each with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with tub, shower, and sink, the other with shower and sink. Wi-Fi internet is available in the villa.
Outdoors: Large private garden with terrace and lounge set, gas barbeque and another terrace with garden furniture. The villa is located close to the communal pool of the resort. You can easily park 2-3 cars on your private terrain. There is a carport with large driveway and storage.
