About this villa rental
Villa Julie is a beautiful, spacious villa for 10 people, located on the border of the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in the Ardèche. At the park, guests of this villa are free to use the communal outdoor pool. The villa also has a private pool in the garden.
Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, and television. Large dining area with ten chairs, open kitchen with all modern conveniences. Through the sliding doors in the living room, you can walk onto the covered terrace. Two bedrooms for two people are located on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
First floor: three bedrooms for two people and bathroom with bath, shower (in bath) and separate toilet.
Outside: beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards and hills, this villa is on the edge of the park. Full garden with private pool, surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun. If you want to withdraw in the shadow, you can do so on the covered terrace.

This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.

- Resort costs: €2 per person, per night
- Bed linen: € 13 per person
- Heating from November - March: € 150 per week
