We loved everything about the property! Such a lovely place to stay, great location, beautiful rooms, fantastic hospitality and staff. Amazing value for such a high standard of accommodation (spacious and luxurious rooms). Breakfast was fresh and personalised to requirements/taste. Customer service was outstanding - nothing was too much trouble.

Especially Francesco and the rest of the staff were were very helpful and above expectations in taking care of us. The breakfast was fabulous. The property was beautiful and clean.

This place was fabulous! Location, room and breakfast (I stayed a 4th night!), staff. SO quiet! Mary, Francesco and the owner Giuseppe were all kind and so accommodating. I enjoyed keeping up my spoken Italian with them! The city is a true gem and everyone is so kind and pleasant. If there were tourists, I never noticed them. Definitely come here!

Lovely small hotel in excellent location close to train station and bus stop. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful host - grazie mille!
