This 60-square-meter contemporary villa features a living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a garden, and a large terrace perfect for barbecues. With its contemporary and refined decor and large linen sofa, it’s ideal for 4 people, featuring 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-bed and the other with two 90 x 200-beds). The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with polished concrete flooring; the toilet is separate. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and mixer... its large terrace on the garden level, which doubles as a living area, offers 50 m² of wooden decking in front of the lawn, complete with a table, chairs, a parasol, and 2 lounge chairs.
It can accommodate up to 6 people with a sofa bed in the living room featuring a slatted frame and a high-density foam mattress.
It is ideally located in the heart of a major tourist attraction, the “Route des Phares” (Lighthouse Route), which features the world’s highest concentration of lighthouses, stretching from Pointe Saint-Mathieu to Portsall. Just 6 kilometers away, at the Port du Conquet, you can set sail for the Ponant archipelago and explore the unspoiled islands of the Iroise Marine Park: Ouessant, Molène, and Sein. When the boats arrive at the Port du Conquet, you can buy your lobster or crab directly from the fisherman upon his return from a fishing trip.
Glide across the crystal-clear waters of the Iroise on the two stand-up paddleboards provided for your use.
The villa was eco-designed in 2014. It spans 160 m², is insulated from the outside, heated by an air-source heat pump, and its hot water is produced by a thermodynamic water heater.

For sports enthusiasts and adventurers, in addition to 2 paddleboards, 2 mountain bikes are available for your use. If you’re craving the sea and a breath of fresh ocean air, the sailing club and the seawater water park await you at Trez-Hir, a 15-minute walk along the coast.
