In a quiet environment, located in the hamlet of Lochrist a stone's throw from the Pointe Saint Mathieu, the GR 34 and the village of Le Conquet, you will be seduced by this house.

- Beach 3 minutes walk, hikes with GR34 coastal path
- Pointe St Mathieu with its lighthouse, cenotaph and the 39-45 memory museum
- A 10-minute walk away, embark at the port of Le Conquet to discover the islands of Ouessant and Molène and also all the riches of the Iroise Sea to meet dolphins and seals
- Village of Le Conquet: A figurehead of Brittany, the small town of character of Le Conquet is well worth a stopover. With its maritime and architectural heritage and a diversity of natural environments. Walk through its alleys, walk along pretty historic houses, watch the sweeping of the boats linking Molène and Ouessant. Buy your fish directly at its port when the fishing boats arrive.
- Visit the lighthouse and the Kermorvan peninsula 15 minutes away on foot, the large and magnificent beach of Blancs-Sablons
