About this house rental
In a hamlet nestled at the foot of Mont Granier, among the vineyards, 10 minutes from Chambéry (near the expressway)
A spacious, cozy house called “LA GRANGE A ROGER,” a fully renovated former barn;
—renovation scheduled to be completed in April (photos will follow upon completion). Ideal for spending time with family or friends
—plenty of activities (near lakes and ski resorts): hiking, mountain biking, cycling, wakeboarding, swimming, kitesurfing, winter sports
The accommodation
Renovated with care and respect for Savoyard traditions.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, high chair, etc.) WIFI ACCESS
First floor: Large living area with a cozy nook featuring a large sofa, an open and easily accessible kitchen with plenty of appliances, a large dining table, a laundry room (washer and dryer), a bike storage area, 1 toilet, and large closets.
First Floor: 1 cozy reading nook, 1 toilet, 1 master suite with bathroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 shared bathroom (tub + shower) + office
Second Floor: 1 double bedroom + 1 convertible dormitory (4 single beds or 2 double beds...)
plenty of storage space.
Linens will be provided (sheets, blankets, towels, etc.). The beds will be made upon your arrival.
A swimming pool is now available for you to enjoy to the fullest.
Private parking for 3 cars and a private terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Pets are welcome.

Nous aimerions le même gîte quand nous partons au ski... au Grand Bornand... Mais là nous sommes 16...😉😉😉
Gîte vraiment très agréable, avec de très belles chambres, une cuisine très fonctionnelle, une décoration superbe avec bcp de goût .. De très beaux matériaux... Sols, le bois... Enfin vous avez un gîte Manifique..
