About this house rental
"Haus Michel" is a semi-detached house located on the outskirts of the Nordstrand spa resort, about 300 meters from the North Sea. It measures approximately 100 square meters and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Pets are welcome.
The first floor features a hallway with a coat closet, a modernized guest bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, an utility room, and a spacious living room with separate living and dining areas. The kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine. The dining area features an extendable table with 6 chairs. In the living area, you can get comfortable on the couch, the armchair, and two children’s stools. Two comfortable armchairs can be added. There is also a fireplace, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a PlayStation 1. The closet contains various board games, a chess computer, and puzzles. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
From the living area, you can access a furnished, wind-protected, covered patio that seats six people. From the garden, you have a beautiful panoramic view across the fields to the dike. There is also a barbecue fireplace in the garden.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a closet. The master bedroom features an additional TV. There is also another bathroom on the upper floor with a shower and toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
A garage is available at the house for vehicles. Two additional cars can be parked on the driveway in front of the house.
The house is located just 300 meters from the dike and the Kurhaus, right on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site. On the newly built promenade along the dike, you can bike for kilometers, go for a walk, or simply let your gaze wander into the distance and unwind. The harbor is about 1 km away. From there, you can take a boat to the Halligen islands, Amrum, Pellworm, or Sylt. You can also go on a mudflat hike or visit the Beltringharder Koog nature reserve to watch birds.

Directions
To get there by car from Hamburg to Husum, take the A 23 to Heide; from there, the A23 becomes the B5 to Husum; from there, take the bypass toward Niebüll to Hattstedt; at the edge of Hattstedt, turn left onto Wobbenbüller Chaussee (K 81) toward Nordstrand. At the edge of Wobbenbüll, turn right onto the L30 and follow the road.
If you’d like to travel by train, Husum Central Station is your destination. From there, take the connecting bus (No. 1047) “toward Nordstrand Ferry Terminal” to Nordstrand. Get off at the “Norderhafen” stop; the vacation home is about a 10-minute walk from there.
