Location was really good; washing machine to wash clothes; nice drying rack on the balcony; the balcony itself was cool, I worked here every morning; private dedicated parking space available (even though I didn't use it); bed was comfortable even though it was a futon-like one; air conditioning was superb (very much needed this summer); kettle to boil water; shower actually had a door (so many newer places have "open" showers and they must feel like you prefer to get water all over the bathroom floor); a grocery store is across the next block (5 minute walk); I was able to walk to the beach and the main strip with many restaurants and bars (10-15 minutes); host was responsive to any issues I had

Fragrances used in the closet were too strong; made my clothes smell weird. There were a couple creepy crawlers (bugs/spiders) I saw, and I got bit a night. Not too many electrical outlets available.

Just a small updates in kitchen equipment will be appreciated.
