Located in the heart of 12th South and less than 3 miles from Broadway, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse is the ultimate destination for an upscale Nashville escape! Professionally designed with thoughtful touches at every turn, you and your guests will be able to unwind in privacy, without ever being far from the action.

Loved this unit! Very comfortable beds, cool interior design, quiet location within the property (because of its location in the building there is no noise from the restaurant or cycle bar), easy parking on property. Very close walking distance to 12S restaurants & shops. This was perfect for our trip to Nashville with our friends. We ate nearly everyday at Ladybird Tacos on the first floor - delicious breakfast tacos! Management was quick to respond to a few questions we had leading up to our visit. Highly recommend!

Our second trip to 12 South. Truly enjoy this location. Easy access to great vendors within walking distance, nice place, excellent communication with property and Owner.
We did have an issue in the rental and Owner and property addressed immediately!
Look forward to coming back again!!

This home was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group of four! The location was great and just so happens to be above Ladybird Taco, which is our favorite for breakfast tacos! The courtyard was so cute, but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy! Cannot wait to stay in this cute place again on our next trip to Nashville!
