An excellent location in a very popular neighborhood, perhaps one of the most popular in Tennessee. It's an easy walk to incredible restaurants and boutique shopping.The penthouse itself has everything you need. The decor is entertaining, most definitely IG friendly, and very Nashville. Everything was clean and in like-new shape. We would definitely stay here again.

I couldn't have asked for a better location- walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. The penthouse was very clean, quiet (in spite of the spin shop downstairs...they didn't make much noise at all), and well equipped. I'll definitely stay here again and property manager checked in daily to make sure all was well. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our family’s trip to Nashville. The condo was immaculate and had top tier amenities and everything you’d need for a weekend, week, or longer stay (like ours). The bustling and hip 12 South neighborhood is a short walk away where you can find everything you’d want, from pizza, oysters, and barbecue to donuts, ice cream, and coffee (lots and lots of coffee).
If you’re considering here, don’t hesitate to book.
