There is a gym, Thai massage studio and bicycle hire in the immediate vicinity of the Platan Complex. There are shops such as Biedronka supermarket and LIDL nearby, as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants. The flat is also just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany.
The "Tower 102" flat in Świnoujście is particularly appreciated by our guests for its excellent location, the highest quality of equipment and a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the panorama of Świnoujście from the windows. It is an air-conditioned flat on the eleventh floor with one bedroom, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a total area of 49 m2, as well as a large balcony, which is especially appreciated by guests because it allows moments of relaxation in the fresh air and at the same time in a quiet place. The interior is very bright, white, grey and beige dominate, evoking associations with sand, beach and sun, broken with a deep blue tone. In addition, thanks to the large and numerous glazed areas, a lot of daylight enters the interior, which also visually enlarges the space and gives it momentum. Attention is also drawn to expressive and very modern accessories as well as interesting shapes and textures - all with delicate and original marine motifs. The glazed doors, which echo the style of the windows in the ship's cabins, seem to be an extremely interesting solution. Without a doubt, you must go on board this deck!
