Good room size for our group of 4, air conditioning available, comfy beds and very good breakfast options. Also, the owner was very nice and gave us some tips for things to do in the area with kids

The place is beautiful with a big garden and private parking; Also located quite in the city centre. I didn't have breakfast, so I have no rating here.
1. I arrived around 11 pm, and Google Maps sent me down a parallel road.
After locating the place, I noticed that the city centre was under construction, and it took me 40 minutes to find the right way to reach my destination. I was expected to be informed in advance of these changes.
2. I was previously sent an email explaining that room two had been booked. In reality, it was another room. As there was no one at the reception, I called and received the necessary instructions.
3. The door to the room had no threshold, and the light from the corridor entered the room
