Volotel delivers exactly what it promises: it's practical, with just a ten-minute walk to the airport. The room was modern, well-equipped, and comfortable. Despite being right next to the airport, we didn't find it noisy at night: you can keep all the windows closed, as the AC works flawlessly. There are lockers in the reception area where you can leave luggage, which is really practical if you're only staying one night, like we were, with an early morning return flight and no desire to lug everything upstairs. But what really stood out was how warm, friendly, and helpful the two ladies at reception were: genuinely warm-hearted, always with a smile, great with kids, helpful and kind. That made a real difference for us: Thank you!

If you want to find something negative: there's no elevator. But we won't hold that against them, since it was known beforehand.

Breakfast had limited option but okay overall.

One of the two rooms (the one without a balcony) had water infiltration. You could smell mold as soon as you entered the bathroom. It would be benefic to have a desk attendant at all times.
