IRIS TOP 3 design apartment Brand new design apartment, with double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Nice terrace overlooking the mountains and the slopes. Skiroom and outdoor parking. Ski bus stop about 100m. Excellent location for beautiful walks in the summer.The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
We sell ski passes in winter (also special offers like Family and Ski Wellness) and in summer the Kärnten Card. EXTERNAL In the renowned spa and winter sports resort Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, near the Italian border, Bad Kleinkirchheim is a village with about 2000 inhabitants in the district of Spittal an der Drau. The ski resort is famous for its ski resorts (over 180 kilometers of slopes with 32 ski lifts) and for its famous spas such as the St. Kathrein spa and the Römerbad spa. Routes with measured speed, children's wonderland, benches for resting with protective cold cushions, heated ports, ski schools, 800 snow cannons, which offer optimal snow conditions on 97% of the Nockberge slopes for your holidays on skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
