In Staudach, in a prime location opposite the Nockalm cable car, there is a basement flat with a garden. This self-contained flat has a living room with kitchenette, a double room with walk-in wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Car parking is available. We offer an excellent rental price. The mountain hiking trails are within easy reach; we are located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park. Check-in (16:00 / check-out 8:00) takes place in my office in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim in the ISA... Dorfströse 49, where guests are registered. A deposit, the tourist tax and all other payments will be paid. Throughout your stay we are at your disposal for any problems/requests. On the day of departure we meet the guests at the accommodation and refund the deposit after a short check.
We sell ski passes in winter (including special offers such as Family and Ski Wellness), and the Kärnten Card in summer. In the renowned spa and winter sports resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, close to the border. Bad Kleinkirchheim is a village with around 2000 inhabitants in the district of Spittal an der Drau. The ski resort is famous for its ski areas (more than 180 kilometres of pistes with 32 lifts) and for its famous thermal spas such as the Therme St. Kathrein and the Thermal Römerbad. Routes with measured speed, wonderland for children, benches to rest with protective cushions against the cold, heated ski stands, ski schools, 800 snow cannons that ensure optimal snow conditions on 97 percent of the Nockberge slopes for your skiing holiday in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
