Wilderness House

Sehr schönes Haus, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den kleinen Olderfjord, dennoch nur 20 Minuten nach Svolvar zum Einkaufen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und wohnen im Nachbarhaus. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

This is an amazing place - so much room inside for cozy activities (both a large table and two couches with a large coffee table, two bedrooms, large kitchen area with all the gear you could want, an outdoor barbeque area, a porch for soaking up the sun). Everything is clean and really well thought through. All the main Lofoten sights to see are just a short drive away (15 min to max 2 h) but the cabin is on a very quiet dead-end road. There is also a hiking trail that starts right near the house and you can also hike the mountain (the trail head is 2-3 km away). We had a great time and will miss this place and the main host, Luna (the fluffiest most perfect white dog). The other, human, hosts were really welcoming. They also offer lots of tours and activities, so this can make your trip so much more interesting and easier to organise. We felt safe and taken care of. The cabin/house sits behind the main house, but felt very private. Well worth the price!
