Very quiet location with a bus stop close to apartment. Good pub just up the road The Old Bell ( except they add 12.5% service charge to your bill after charging £28 for a bottle of Vin De Pays wine). Comfortable bed and dining/sitting area furniture. Nice view of grass bank/trees out window. Hob/oven/fridge all good when you work out to press child lock button on hob for 4 seconds to release it. Shower worked well. Nice walks from the apartment round Wooburn or into Bourne End. WiFi good and as was tv when I plugged aerial lead back in.
Parking is limited with around 17 spaces for 30 apartments - fortunately only half seem occupied. We got a space 3 times out of 4 - bumping up on pavement up the residential road is other option. No instructions for appliances we saw as didn't see guest portal that might have had them online.
