This beautifully presented holiday home is on the Hawke’s Bay wine trail and also within walking distance of both a surf and a swimming beach! Welcome to Beach and Vineyard Escape!
Cosy, modern living awaits at this stylish, fully renovated one-bedroom, plus sleepout, retreat. Every inch of space in this wee home has been used wisely to offer all the essentials and a few added extras, while still ensuring there’s enough room to relax.
An efficient heat pump ensures you can always set the temperature just right, and a TV and complimentary WIFI are on hand to offer entertainment and connectivity when you’re not out exploring this fabulous part of New Zealand.
A compact, high-spec kitchen is waiting for you to prepare tasty holiday meals and sides. A gorgeous dining nook is the perfect spot to enjoy a family meal, and for a romantic wine and cheese evening for two, head outside where under-deck lighting creates the perfect ambiance.
This sleek house has an obvious appeal for a romantic getaway or food and wine-themed holiday, but Beach and Vineyard Escape can also be a great option for families keen to explore the natural environment.
The kids will absolutely love playing outside on the large, flat lawn, and you can feel at ease knowing they’re safe on the fully fenced section. There’s plenty of space on the lawn to park the boat as well, perfect if you plan to head out for a day on the water during your stay.
A bedroom in the house, and a beautiful, newly-constructed sleepout across the courtyard, comfortably accommodate up to six guests here at Beach and Vineyard Escape. The sleepout also features a sectional couch, offering a great living space for the kids to make their own. A three-piece bathroom in the house completes the set up for your stay.
Beach and Vineyard Escape is in a great spot to enjoy the stunning surf and swimming beaches, and is also perfectly positioned to jump on your bike and hit the wine trail. You can even rent the bikes from Vine Cycles bike rental just a two minute walk down the road!
There’s a fantastic cafe just a 5-minute walk up the road for that all-important coffee fix, and a small supermarket for topping up the essentials is less than 20 minutes walk in the opposite direction.
Both the Hastings and Havelock North town centres with their shops, eateries, and conveniences are less than 20 minutes drive away, and the Art Deco capital of New Zealand, Napier, is only a 20-minute trip north.

Lovely place, clean and tidy, well equipped.
If you are not the best sleeper, be aware the fire station is just down the street and the activation alarm can go off often at any time to alert volunteers to come to the station. This is day or night. Over the w/e it went off approx 8 times. However we did get used to it and it just goes off long enough to make sure vols around can hear it, but for those
sensitive to loud noise/light sleepers, maybe bring some noise-cancelling ear plugs for overnight.
Otherwise the property itself has a lovely charm. One other point, one toilet made it a little harder for 4 adults (but still ok for us being family). We left the door unlocked at night so my sister and hubby in the bunk beds could use over night.
