About this house rental
A cozy 3 bedroom villa in Haumoana that is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends.
A very comfortable lounge area with a wood fire for those cosy nights, (wood provided) and a dining area that seats six.
Perfect outdoor living, BBQ, and 3 separate seating areas, ideally suited to enjoy the lovely garden and sea air.
The Beach is a minutes walk from the front door..... bliss.
Fully fenced for your children's safety, and with off street parking.
There are two mountain bikes provided for the adults pleasure, some bikes/scooter for the kids entertainment.
About 100 metres down on Haumoana Road there is a great Cafe called Haumoana Coffee, you can't miss it with its beach murals on the outside and has wonderful coffee, pies, sandwichs and cakes. There is a awesome little succulent garden inside and is a great place to sit and sip your coffee or get takeaways and bring them home to Pohutukawa Villa's garden.
There is a dairy down the road in Te Awanga along with a fish and chip shop and a pub and a coffee van. Also in Clive which is ten minutes drive, there is a gas station, vege shop, chemist, great pub and various other shops for your convenience.
Surrounded by lovely wineries including the internationally renowned Clearview, lovely beach walks, (2 minute walk to surf break), the popular Hygge Cafe in Clifton (5 min drive) and don't forget the famous Cape Kidnappers Gannet tours.
This property is situated in Haumoana, which is 15 min's drive from Hastings and Napier.

We loved staying at Pohutukawa cottage. The garden was lovely for an Easter egg hunt, and the kids loved being able to run around.
Also loved the stack of firewood as the weather was fairly cold the first couple of evenings.
Highly recommended for families - can walk to the ocean and the cycle trails go past the front door (plus you can rent bikes from round the corner if the ones if the shed arae not to your style).
All round great stay.
