Great stay at a very nice appartment

Very nice appartment with a great glas front to the street and great interior design. Modern and cosy for one person or a couple. Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the center of Kortrijk and the river.

Parking around only is for residents or paying. Nights may be partly loud, when window s open as a in-Bar is around the corner and people walk through. That's life when you are in center of town. Otherwise quite quarter.

Other than the parking issue, everything was a perfect stay.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. We could be relaxed as we are in our house.

There are no free parkings around the hotel. Parking around the hotel is available for a fee and is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Travelers should look for paid long-term parking near the hotel.

Good short stay with easy access to the apartment and short walk to the centre.

Good location with easy walk to the centre and easy access for driving. Helpful parking directly outside the apartment. Communication for the owners was on time and on point, access to the apartment is easy. If you need a few items such as a drink there is a small selection in a mini fridge which is payable on leaving. The apartment is comfortable with good WIFI and access to TV +Netflix with own login.

Lovely Apartment near the center.

Perfect location for Grote Market and the River Leie. Apartment was excellent, clean and practical with a comfy bed. Kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a hob for your cooking needs. Free parking outside the entrance as well. If you don't fancy a hotel stay here.

No elevator but this wasn't a major problem.

Het is een fijn, ruim appartement. De ligging is ideaal: op korte afstand van het station, in een rustige straat, met het oude centrum vlakbij. Een ideale plek om Kortrijk en interessante steden in de omgeving te verkennen.

We hadden wat moeite met de tv. We misten een duidelijke handleiding.

Grosszügiges, sehr schön eingerichtetes Studio an guter Lage( Flusspromenade, Altstadt, Bahnhof in Fussdistanz). Mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht.

Super aangenaam verblijf in een comfortabel plekje.

Liesbeth is een heel vriendelijke host en antwoordt heel snel op vragen, ze geeft ook heel nuttige informatie. Ook het inchecken verliep enorm vlot door haar goede communicatie. De locatie van deze ruime studio is schitterend, dicht bij de Broeltorens, op wandelafstand van het centrum, met horeca gelegenheden in overvloed dichtbij de studio. Gigantisch pluspunt, zeker in die buurt: gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Ook een bakker en city supermarkt zijn op wandelafstand. Heel comfortabele bedden, een uitgeruste keuken met kookplaten en microgolf, een frigo, heel veel kastruimte, een Nespressotoestel, een waterkoker, ... alles om zelfs een lang verblijf aangenaam te maken. De badkamer is niet erg ruim maar er is een goede douche en ook genoeg ruimte aan het toilet. Een gezellige zetel en een grote TV. Zowel een ontbijtbar als een tafel met stoelen dus mogelijkheden genoeg om gezellig en op een comfortabele manier te eten. De verduistering in de kamer was ok, in de zomer is dat sowieso iets moeilijker. Een heel groot pluspunt op warme dagen: de airco. De trap om de studio op het 2e verdiep te bereiken is niet stijl of gevaarlijk, dus wij vonden dit geen probleem, bovendien was het ook aangegeven bij de beschrijving dat het met een trap naar het 2e verdiep was. Er is een mooi terras boven maar we konden het alleen door een kier zien omdat we de deur niet open kregen. Helaas hadden wij deze keer niet de gelegenheid om veel aan sightseeing te doen dus we moeten zeker nog eens terugkomen naar Kortrijk en dan zouden we heel graag terug in ROOm logeren als dat kan.
