Amazing apartment

✨ Highly recommended! I stayed at this apartment in Kortrijk and it was wonderful. The place is fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and truly feels like home. Its location is perfect—just a short walk to the train station and close to shops and everything you need. I felt cosy and comfortable throughout my stay. Luxurious apartment

Vast and very well equipped and decorated apartment. High standards in all dimensions.

Close to the train station which is very convenient but the flip coin of that is you can hear trains pretty well early in the morning, but can easily be solved with ear buds if you want to sleep in a little later.

Convenient location.

Although close to the city center, this apartment is close to the train station and in a busy area. If it was warm and you need the windows open it would be loud for us, not used to trains passing by. But with windows closed it was quiet and otherwise the building was quiet.

Most WCs in Europe are in a separate 'closet' from the rest of the bathroom. This bathroom, and toilet, were completely open to the bed area. Not a huge problem but a little weird. There is a second toilet and sink on the first floor.

Great stay

Nice, large apartment. Good location, close to the centre. The private parking is a big plus, but must be careful if you have a SUV because it's not a lot of space for manoevres if there is another car already parked.

Maybe some mosquito nets for the bedroom windows.

Very lovely stay in centre of Kortrijk

Very nice and clean property. Safe entrance and good to be able to store my bicycle safely. Would be handy if you’re by car as well. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed.

Spacious apartment in central location.

This huge apartment is in a brilliant location for visiting Kortrijk. It's decor and facilities are of the highest standard. It has a parking place on the ground floor and is very secure. If you arrived in more than one car, as we did, there is public parking very close by which we found to be reasonably priced. We felt very lucky to have found such a place to stay.

As one of our group has reduced mobility, we found the staircase from the garage to the accommodation a little tricky as it doesn't have a handrail. The weather was hot during our visit, but it was not really possible to leave the windows open due to noise from the street and nearby train line. I would have liked somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom and a chair in the bedroom, but these are small matters that did not spoil our stay but would have made the accommodation more homely.

Good location to the city center and closed garage.

Location to city center was good and the garage for the car. Need to be agreed with the people from the second apartment how to park if they have a car too, Parking is in the line not in parallel.

I booked 3 bedroom apartment 3 days before arrival, however on the day of the arrival the host told that it was a mistake in booking.com and it should be 1 bedroom apartment. There was not time to change anything so I agreed. No rails on the stairs to get to the apartment, it can be dangerous for children and old people. Cannot close the door to the apartment without locking it as the door tongue was broken. No air conditioning on the second floor of the duplex (1 bedroom apartment). Was very hot to sleep and could not open the window because of the rain. Some lamps did not work. The carpet on the floor on the first floor was not very fresh with stains and white colors were already gray. Liquid soap in the toilet on the first floor was broken and did not work. Coffee machine was broken and there were no tea bags or coffee capsules to make somethings to drink. No paper napkins in the kitchen. Toilet on the second floor was without the door it was open by design and you can see the person if you are lying/sitting on the bed. Shower corner was without the curtain, water from washing was everywhere. One night was heavy rain and the glass roof and lamps in the garage started to leak in the morning. On the roof there was a lot of water till the knee. The roof drain was clogged. Then the alarm started to work because of the electricity failer. Worked about 2 hours till the people came and fixed the leak. The photos are added. Informed the host he reacted to the problem fast.

Large spacious apartment close to town centre and the station (some noise at night). There's a second toilet in addition to the main bathroom and good kitchen facilities. On site parking (but see below)

There needs to be a system for the parking as you park one car in front of the other. So make sure you enquire with the other appartment if you or they need to move your cars. Maybe a whiteboard or noticeboard at the top of the stairs between the appartments? Also the stairs are quite steep with a 90° turn half way up and are made of shiny tiles. Really would benefit from some sort of handrail. So no disabled access.

lovely spacious secure apartment in a central location

lovely comfortable space, clean and spacious. location was excellent. bed was very comfortable.

some saucepans provided were not for use with the induction hob but as there were no instructions it took a while to work out. car parking has to be one car in front of the other so if someone else is in the second apartment there is some negotiating to be done. some noise from the airport but it didn’t bother us.

Beautiful Apartment

Just about everything! It’s a lovely apartment - very spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable and very well furnished and equipped. The one bedroomed apartment even has a small enclosed terrace, which was very welcome as the weather was very hot during our stay. It was also good to be able to park our car in such a secure place. Although the immediate surroundings don’t look great, the location is actually really good - small supermarket next door, pharmacy and a few other small shops further down the street. It’s only a few minutes walk into the centre of Kortrijk, so there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. The owners also provide a list of take-aways if you don’t want to eat out. All in all a great base for a short break. Kortrijk is a lovely city and there are several other beautiful towns in the area.

The steps from the garage to the apartment are quite steep but there’s no handrail, so it felt a bit unsafe.

The apartment was well and comfortably furnished. The location is also excellent, but the passing trains are loud. The indoor parking is nice.

It is less clear where you can leave the waste. You have to park in a row with only one small exit. So you have to leave together.

Почти не можах да се справя с климатика, но не беше студено. ТВ програми няма почти никакви. Най-голям проблем имахме с банята, т.к. е отворено помещение и водата се излива извън него, като се мокри под от ламинат - това сериозно ме притесни, затова се наложи да ползвам една от хавлиите, за да няма поражения.

Ruim en licht appartement dat voldoende uitgerust was (servies, bestek, etc.). Ook fijn dat het appartement tegen het centrum aan lag, waardoor je op loopafstand een supermarkt en winkels had.

Beperkte televisiezenders (gebruiksaanwijzing zou handig zijn). De garage voor twee auto's is wel ruim, maar het feit dat ze achter elkaar moeten staan, is wat onhandig.

L’appartement était très spacieux avec un mobilier de qualité. Le garage sécurisé était un atout supplémentaire vu le quartier dans lequel est situé l’appartement.

Le bruit dû à la proximité avec les voies de chemin de fer. L’équipement de la cuisine était très minimaliste.
