APARTAMENTO "JARDI DEL REI COLAU" con piscinas y vistas al mar, 100m de la playa Cala Marsal

Location to the beach. Restaurants on your door step but quiet surroundings.

The facilities in the property are a bit dated and the apartment is a bit dark unless you have the doors and windows open in the morning when the sun is facing.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Am Poolbereich ist es schön ruhig. Die Anlage verfügt über Meerblick und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand Cala Marcal entfernt.

Unser Appartement war sehr schön aber die Küche total veraltet. Es gab nur 1 Geschirrtuch für eine Woche, auch nur 1 Duschhandtuch ist zu wenig. Die Liegen waren gesprungen und die Auflagen ebenfalls sehr zerschlissen. Hier gehört dringend Verbesserung.

The location is lovely. The pools and grounds are wonderful and not too busy for July. Beach 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants a few minutes away.

Air conditioning shown in facilities but it is only in the living room. The bedrooms only have ceiling fans and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping in July. No mosquito screens and on the ground floor meant opening the windows was not an option for us. It really spoilt our holiday. Plus the photo of the living room shows a lovely big sofa, which was a selling point for us, however when we arrived there were 2 narrow sofas against the wall covered in horrible sofa covers. The tiles on the terrace outside the main bedroom are not laid properly and stick up causing a trip hazard.
