The Harbor View House offers you and your family and friends an opportunity to relax and reconnect in a spacious historic home in the center of Round Pond Village. The House is at once spacious yet provides the intimacy of home with five bedrooms, each with their own bath, a living room and separate family room for gathering, a fabulous cook's kitchen and a dining room with seating to spare. Wander the village, eat fresh lobster at the dock, take a kayak and explore Muscongus Sound!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The house is beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect-- it was wonderful to be able to walk to all the lovely places in the village!

This unique property was perfect for hosting a reunion of friends & family. Of note, the very copious dining and living spaces — well furnished and equipped — earned praise from every guest. Most bedrooms had their own A/C unit, and the others had fans; bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and building’s hot water kept up perfectly with everyone’s use. Unique additions like a vintage outdoor ice chest, attractive stemware, and full croquet set give the space a signature style. As a location, HVH is at the center of a walkable village with a modest selection of dining, shopping, convenience stores, and cafes/bars. Some days we didn’t even need to use our cars, and the village life has a sincere appeal. That said, there is so much to explore in the area that you will enjoy using HVH as a base for your own Maine adventure!
