About this house rental
Come relax next to the fire place after a day on the trails, hiking or fishing.
-fully stocked kitchen
-5 miles to Lake Superior
-10 miles to lake in the clouds. (THIS HOUSE IS NOT LOCATED IN THE WOODS)
-snowmobile or atv right from the front door with access to hundreds of miles or trails.
we have lots of board games for entertainment along with dvds, there is a charcoal grill to use and a fire pit to relax by. There is split wood for use in the fire place and fire pit.
the house has wifi and a roku for you to log in to. We unfortunately do NOT have cable Tv to offer. We keep a good stock of coffee creamer, tea along with other condiments. we supply soap along with shampoo conditioner and body wash for you to use on your stay along with plenty of hand sanitizer.
The town of White Pine is a nice little town of about 400 people. White Pine is up and coming, It is an old copper mining town. We do have a camera outside only covering the driveway that is used only for snow depth and other maintenance purposes. You will have access to the entire house but not the garage. We just ask to please love this home like it is your very own. Housekeeping asks for all dishes to be washed and put back in the cabinet they came from.

We had a nice stay here. White Pines is a tiny town with only one restaurant, I think. There is no cell service through Verizon in town. Thank goodness for the Wi-Fi in the home. Make sure you print out or somehow save your instructions for how to get into the house because you won’t have Internet service to look it up when you arrive. (unless your carrier has service, Verizon did not.) We appreciated the kitchen was nicely stocked and we were able to cook breakfast and make sandwiches for lunch. We also were able to use the washer-dryer, which was nice to have. We were able to tour around the entire area in just three nights/2 full days. We enjoyed all the waterfalls and the hikes.

This house had everything we needed for our joint-family trip. We had 3 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable throughout. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows and high quality linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The washer & dryer came in handy for getting our snow gear washed between ski days. The heated floors were a nice touch and felt great in the mornings. The TV was easy to use — they have Roku Guest Mode set up, which allowed us to log into apps knowing accounts would get deleted afterwards. Kids were happy look through the range of toys and board games and not get bored. Host was responsive and helpful, but we didn’t need anything that wasn’t already at the house. All in all we had a great stay and we’ll be back next year.

Only complaint was there was no kind of any ac in that house..I took both plastic fans n put them by my side of bed and still wasn’t enough.3-4 nights I woke up sweating and could sleep.couple nights my son woke up cause he got too hot.not everyone can sleep good in warm weather I can’t..the adults room needs to have a window unit put in.just because it was spring time it still got warm in the mid 80’s so those rooms were like ovens with no ac…so for that only reason we didn’t enjoy our stay cause we couldn’t sleep good
