About this villa rental
Villa Happy Diamond features a blend of Key West and Long Island styles—bright and inviting.
It is located directly on a beautiful lake in southwest Cape Coral.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.
There are 2 large master suites, each with its own spacious master bathroom. There is also a guest bedroom with a separate, spacious bathroom.
The living area, which includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room, is spacious, open, and bright. An adjoining, separate room serves as a small office and quiet retreat.
The entire house is fully air-conditioned and can also be heated via the system if necessary.
On the huge terrace, protected by a screen/fly screen (as is customary in Florida), there is a large “endless” pool. It is equipped with an overflow channel toward the lake, creating the impression that the pool is one with the lake. Here you can experience the most beautiful sunsets—different and impressive every evening. There is also a spa (hot tub) and a sunbathing area in the water.
The pool is electrically heated.
All fees are included in the rental price. Electricity is included up to $35 per week; each additional kWh is billed at $0.19.

Just finished staying at the Happy Diamond and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The place was extremely clean when we got there and was ready for us to enjoy our vacation! Everything was as advertised and more than we were expecting! The pool and hot tub were incredible along with the large dock over the water! Communication with Dagmar and Anja was great and they were very accommodating! We will definitely be booking this house again in the future.

The pictures online do not begin to show how awesome this house is!!! everything about it is top notch....the view, the furnishings, the neighborhood....Anja!!!!

This house is just beautiful! All things inside and outside are high end and very comfortable. Our week in FL happened to be very chilly, so the hot tub was amazing to use. Anja, our property manager, was so helpful with all things. We had an amazing stay.
