The property was very spacious. The outdoor pool area was perfect and had lots of toys for the kids. The kayaks were enjoyable. The home was very clean and had everything we needed!

The bonus extra “apartment” wasn’t expected but made a great setting for the older teens to have space. The pool table and included pool toys and the being on a canal made for options to keep everyone busy.
The garbage was completely full when we arrived on Thursday so we were rather behind on garbage.

Great place, pool was warm, lovely view over the water and great facilities all round. Would be brilliant for a large group.
2 bedrooms and an extra kitchen / living space were in a separate annex with its own entrance, which isn’t clear from the listing.
Owner had booked maintenance while we were there, which as we only had 2 days would have been very intrusive but thankfully did rearrange on request.
The local area is just housing, it wouldn’t be great without a car. The bikes shown on the photos are no longer there, kayaks are though.

Loved that there was common space where we could all hang out together, play pool and eat, but everyone also had their own space. We loved being on the canal. They had floaties and stuff to use in the pool - which we used every morning and night.
There was a binder of things in the area to do/see, restaurants, what to do for check-in and check-out, etc. that could have used some updating. A couple of the bikes needed some help.
