el apartamento estaba genial y con parking, cerca del centro, aprox 15 minutos andando, Muy cerca de supermercado y panaderia local. La persona que nos entregó las llaves, Paulo, nos indicó lugares para visitar y comer, Super amable

It is a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Every room had a door, so my husband could do late night meetings (due to time difference) without bothering me. Lovely balconies and great breezes and lots of windows/doors to keep it cool. No A/C, but with the breezes, there was no need. It is on the 4th floor. The kitchen was very well stocked and spacious. I could watch the sunset from the patio in the back or kitchen. It was very clean and had lovely wooden floors. Elevator that worked smoothly and nice underground parking, which is a big bonus! Washing machine off the back patio worked well. A few spices and sugar and salt and coffee pods to get us started was great. Much bigger than I expected. Lots of places to put your luggage so it didn't have to be on the floor. The building is quiet- no rowdy guests. There is a bit of traffic noise as you are in the city, but closing the windows kept it quiet. We were met with the keys and our host was very accommodating- we arrived very early 1 PM and I sent him and email and he arrived 5 min later with the keys. Very nice and polite. I highly recommend this place. It is a very short walk to downtown-maybe 6-7 min with groceries and bakeries and restaurants right outside your door.

Joana fue una anfitriona super agradable, nos recibió a la llegada y nos explicó todo. Nos permitió salir del apartamento más tarde. Una persona encantadora.

La persona encargada de enseñar el piso fue muy amable. El paso estaba muy bien en todo. Volvería a repartir.
