Great view and facilities.
Daily cleaning.
Helpful villa manager who was very willing to help organise activities and pick up food/drinks.
Plenty of space.
Slightly awkward location. Very top of a hill meaning taxis would frequently leave you halfway or at the bottom.
Villa manager can be a bit 'too friendly' (if you know what I mean). Would appreciate less physical contact less time.

Steep hill up to the property but not a problem for anything other than smaller tuk tuks

The villa, location, the pool, the staff, especially the manager Tong and his support staff were all excellent. We had a gr8 time at the villa.
Couple of rooms were below the main level which were difficult to access from behind the pool in the rainy weather. A pool table would have added bit more fun as we did not see it, though it showed in the pictures
