We have a wonderful time at the beach. The house was a great space for us. We had our three adult children with their partners and my mother. The house was a great layout and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped. A lovely location for a family holiday!! Thank you!!

We stayed with my two daughters, one of their husbands, and 3 granddaughters. Everything was great! This was our third year staying at this house. No bug problems at all. The only issue was not enough towels.

House has nice floor plan, community pool, close proximity to shops, stores, recreation, beaches. Very private setting, deer, geese, directly behind rear deck. Trash can be an issue as you put out the previous renters trash on tuesday, then you have empty containers for you, then new renters deal with what was left until tuesday. We were left absolutely filled cans, had to store outside of can till tuesday. Ants throughout the house, tiny but relentless especially in kitchen. Aside from this, had a very good week but weather did not cooperate. No ones fault there.

This is our second year visiting this home in DE and we love it because our entire family can fit comfortably with individual and shared space, we are close to Bethany Beach boardwalk and family/friends nearby. We appreciate the cleanliness, care of the home, the ease and access to the pool.
