Organic farmers (dairy breeders and laying hens), Élisabeth and Eric welcome you to a delightful farm gîte set up in a former 19th century hunting lodge, completely restored with care, nestled in the countryside 4 km from the small typical village of Auxy, on their 90 ha family farm (visit possible with fun activities for children such as collecting eggs, milking cows or the possibility of giving a bottle to the little calves & the promise of fresh eggs and milk from the farm!). Absolute calm and tranquility (not overlooked, well away from the farm) in the heart of the bocage, in a magnificent preserved setting of nature & greenery, on the edge of meadows, pastures and a vast private forest of 8 ha (numerous hiking trails), with the only neighbors being the famous Montbéliardes grazing peacefully. In the heart of an ultra-privileged bucolic setting, a real little corner of paradise for young and old. Very comfortable cottage. Warm contemporary country style mixing Nordic influences and chalet spirit. Very charming. Zen, cocooning and very cozy atmosphere. Large exposed panoramic terrace. Pleasant natural grounds with ping-pong table & volleyball-badminton net. Beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Splendid panoramas & landscapes. Composition of the gîte: Detached house on 2 levels (access by 200m stony road). Wireless. Electric heating. Raised ground floor: kitchen-living room (sofa convertible into extra 140x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one on the mezzanine (double bed 160x200cm / 2 single beds 80x200cm which can be combined into a double bed 160x200cm). Terrace + land + closed bicycle room + private parking. Shops & services 12 km. Creusot TGV station 17 km. Mountain bike: circuits departing from the gîte.
