Gilles welcomes you to his property, in an old restored stable, and located in a peaceful hamlet 3 km from Dommartin-lès-Cuiseaux. You will not be able to miss the large sculpture of the Poulet de Bresse (20 m high) installed on the Aire du Poulet de Bresse (A39): the latter has been included on the coat of arms of the town of Dommartin-lès-Cuiseaux ! Also discover the village of Cuiseaux to observe its church containing objects of sacred art and worship, its polychrome statues and its Black Madonna; the Maison de la Vigne et du Vigneron makes it possible to remember the winegrower's past of the city (exhibition of harvesting equipment); the 16th century castle of the princes of Orange transformed into a center for cultural and social activities; and the old Jaillet oil mill.
