We loved our stay. Jarrod was so accommodating and was always quick to respond with communication. We were so happy to find out we could control the thermostat, and there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They have really provided all the comforts of home. We were a family of 5 with young adult children. We found the location great. A 20-25 minute walk to the heart of the Quarter. My preference was Frenchman Street. So many great places to eat. We loved the Ruby Slipper for brunch and ordered it from Ike's twice the family liked their sandwiches so much.I can't wait to go back for another stay!

Stated three nights over St Patrick's Day holiday. Fun neighborhood, Marigny, with close spots for food and fun. Older building with modern amenities was clean and all instructions were clear. Easy host to work with and even easier stay!

The property and amenities were as advertised. I didn't expect the washer/dryer to be important until we got caught in some torrential rains. The grocery store nearby was great to stock up on some food and snacks. We would stay again!
