About this house rental
Semi-detached house '' La Vendéenne '' (56m2), labeled Meublé Touristique 3 stars, in private residence with shared swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September).
900 meters from the beach and 1200 meters from the center of La Faute sur Mer, shops and restaurants.
You have a private parking space.
On the first floor:
Living room, equipped kitchen area, ceramic hob, hood, dishwasher, multifunction oven, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine in the entrance cupboard.
Lounge area with sofa, small armchairs, flat screen...
A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and closet.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, separate toilet.
Upstairs:
A large bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, toilet with sink and 2nd toilet.
Optional: Bed linen rental 12€/person, per stay
Optional: End of stay cleaning 80€
Enclosed garden of 100m2, quiet at the back of the residence, barbecue, terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds.
Pets are not allowed in this house.
Rental in July and August with an arrival on Saturday for 7 or 14 days. I will be there or represented to welcome you between 4pm and 5pm, for a late arrival or outside the summer season, the keys are left in the key box.

The property was clean, comfortable and had good kitchen facilities. 15 min walk to local restaurants, bars and shops and local beach.
Private use of pretty garden with good range of garden furniture.
As there is no air conditioing I feel the addition of a pedestalfan would have been useful, if only to help keep the mosquitos away!

Le logement correspond à l'annonce. De taille parfaite pour une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants, il est aménagé confortablement et se trouve en périphérie de la résidence, donc au calme. La piscine est un plus quand la météo le permet.
