Luxury villa 2 km from the beach:
This superb 160m2 villa, can easily accommodate 10 people and has its own private swimming pool (open from April to October BUT heated from mid-May to mid-September).

2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90 X200)
1 open-plan mezzanine bedroom above the living room (bed 140 X 200 for 2 people)
- 4 bathrooms (2 in the master suites) and 4 WCs (2 in the master suites)
- fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (American fridge, Nespresso, oven, etc.)
- large, bright living room with sofa, TV and fireplace.
- free wifi with fibre.

- cot and high chair available

- private swimming pool (10m x 5m) open from April to October BUT heated from mid-May to mid-September.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche mit sehr gutem Wetter, weshalb wir den Pool ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr schön, alles bestens. Mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern, sind wir täglich mehrfach zu den nahegelegenen Stränden gefahren. Strand super, sehr hohe Wellen, absolut hundefreundlich!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Sie bietet viel Platz und ist ideal für zwei Familien. Der Pool ist tadellos, wird 2x pro Woche gereinigt und ist sicher eines der Highlights.
Das Grundstück grenzt direkt an einen Pinienwald mit See an. In 10 Minuten ist man per Fahrrad an einem der schönsten Strände an der Atlantikküste. Emmanuelle ist sehr freundlich und antwortete schnell auf unsere Fragen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Très belle villa dans un quartier calme et proche de tout ! Nous avons passé quinze jours superbes à Moliets ! Merci à Emmanuelle et son mari pour l’accueil et le service !!!
